The legal team of the decentralized exchange Bancor, against which some State of Wisconsin residents filed a class action, claimed that the US trial was inappropriate due to the company's international and geographical nature. Bancor said the place is inappropriately chosen because the exchange has offices in Israel and Switzerland.
